Directors Desk enables users to vote for important resolutions and initiatives. Permissioned users can also create their own voting initiative, determine who has permission to participate, and set a deadline.

Users can track the progress of each vote, including the number of votes cast. In addition, users can decide how they want the vote to be announced: via the "New Announcements " box on the Directors Desk homepage; by outside email; by cell/PDA text messages; or by fax.
